The User of this application (“User”) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy (“Policy”). If the terms and conditions of the Policy are not agreeable to the User, the User is requested to refrain from using this application.

These Services are not intended for children under the age of thirteen. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under thirteen. If we learn that a kid under the age of 13 has given us personal information, we immediately remove it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please get in touch with us so that we can take the appropriate steps.
 
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Tutors maintains the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Any modification to the Policy that has the effect of curbing or limiting the User’s current rights under the Policy will be communicated to the User. Any modifications or additions to the Policy will become effective as soon as they are posted to the application. Your continuing usage will be deemed acceptance of all such changes.
 
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute between the parties over this Policy shall be addressed to the sole arbitrator, and the arbitration shall be conducted in line with the 1996 Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitration will take place in New Delhi, India, and the arbitrator’s ruling will be final and binding on both parties.
 
This contract will be governed by Indian laws and subject to the courts’ exclusive jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
